Applications are reviewed as they are received. The review process will begin March 1, 2013. After
review of your application, you will be notified by email of your accepance status. If accepted, you will
receive an email with specific instructions and a link to our Camp Forms which must be fillled out and
returned to East Central University.
Failure to pay the registration fee and complete the required forms may result in the cancellation of your
Junior Company Advisor: Because of the leadership qualities that the the OBW
campers displayed at Oklahoma Business Week last year, we are giving last year's campers an
opportunity to be a Jr. Company Advisor for the upcoming Oklahoma Business Week Camp, which will
be held June 2-7, 2013.
The Jr. CA position will be filled with past OBW participants with a desire to return and give back to
other students participating in OBW. This opportunity will allow the Jr. CA’s:
· To be mentored by Company Advisors,
· To spend time with the guest speakers before the participants,
· To engage in a Leadership Role within a Company, and
· To experience all of the fun and exciting events at OBW 2013.

Registration fee to be paid for participant is $150.00. This amount Includes meals, lodging and program
materials. If accepted to the camp, this registration fee will be due within three weeks of receiving
notice of acceptance into the program.
A $25.00 application fee is submitted with the registration form, if NOT selected, you will receive the
$25.00 back. If you are selected, the $25.00 will be credited toward your registration fee. Please make
check or money orders payable to East Central University Foundation - Oklahoma Business Week or
refer to the application for payment by credit card.
If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may use your
program sponsorship for another student.
